** With all of the celebrity deaths we've reported over the past couple of weeks, we had some good news this morning concerning Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees. He was near death last week in a coma as he battle pneumonia. But, he woke up from the coma over the weekend, and although he is quite weak, he is responding to his doctors well!
** Huge news in the world of Major League Baseball over the weekend: Phil Humbar of the Chicago White Sox pitched a perfect game over the Seattle Mariners! It's only the 21st perfect game in Major League history and the 20th one in the regular season!

** Harvard Medical School has done some research on what actually causes "brain freeze." Turns out it's your brain's defense mechanism to a rush of cold. The artery behind your eye expands with blood flowing to your brain to keep it warm....hence BRAIN FREEZE! There's even some speculation that this could aid in the treatment of headaches and migranes!
