Ice Tea Stand for Ruth's House

Ruth's House is a transitional housing for homeless women recovering from substance abuse ha and they are having a fundraising and awareness event -- AN ICED TEA STAND. It will take place on Thursday and Friday, July 26 and July 27, 2012 (11 am until 1 pm-2 noontime hours) on the parking lot of the Evansville Courier & Press (enter from Heidelbach.  Mulberry Jean's Accents in Newburgh has created an exclusivel Ruth's House blend of iced tea!  Courier and Press is hosting.  Ruth's House is asking a minimum $1 donation for ice tea.   Ruth's House is all about healthy living and healthy choices and Ruth's House-blend of iced tea is the perfect choice for a summertime refresher.    The donations will help fund recovery therapy costs for the residents. For more information, call Ann @ (812) 449-9534
