The client comes to Eastland Mall at their reserved hour to help challenge others to make a donation. This is live, on-the-air, at Eastland Mall. We then launch into testimonial stories from Riley kids, parents and staff, followed by musical tributes to stimulate as many phone pledges as we can handle. We make as many mentions of the sponsor match as possible during that hour, 10 minimum. Phone bank volunteers remind all callers that this Power Hour is sponsored by “x-corporation, x-business, x-person(s)”, etc. $1,000 SPONSOR - This level of sponsorship is available to five different businesses. We are offering website inclusion, logo placement on t-shirts, signage presence at the Mall during the Radiothon, an inclusion in the at-work fax, included in recorded promotional announcements that will rotate with other sponsors, and your business will be donating $300 to Riley Hospital for Children. This amount is tax deductible. $500 SPONSOR – The $500 sponsorship is our next level. This sponsorship offers your business website exposure, logo placement on t-shirts, inclusion in 30 rotating recorded promotional announcements with other sponsors, and $100 of your sponsorship will go directly to Riley Hospital for Children, tax deductible! Other Prize Donations - Any products, tickets, discount coupons, etc. donated will go towards prize drawings held throughout the 33 hours to encourage people to donate. We will announce the winners randomly throughout the Radiothon. Prize drawing donations must be valued at $25 or more and are subject to approval by Radiothon directors. There is no guarantee that we will use any company’s incentive prize donation. Obviously the better the prize, the more likely we are to use it to stimulate pledges.
