KY former Rep. accused of sexual harrassment faces hearing
Kentucky's Legislative Ethics Commission finds probable cause to believe former State Representative John Arnold may have sexually harassed three legislative staffers. The panel set a hearing for December 12 to determine whether Arnold should be reprimanded or fined. The Democrat from Sturgis resigned from the Legislature last month. Two Legislative Research Commission staffers alleged that Arnold touched them inappropriately and made vulgar comments. A third woman also has filed a complaint.
